We currently deliver Gift Shop orders to addresses in Ireland. Standard delivery costs €7.00 per order. Farm pickup is free when it is offered at checkout.

Changing your mind
You may tell us that you are cancelling an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, then return it within the following 14 days. Please contact Happy Land Farm before sending an item back so we can confirm the return details.

Return costs and condition
For a change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for the return delivery cost. Please take reasonable care of the item and return it with its supplied parts and packaging where possible.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order reference. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected, and the change-of-mind return-cost rule does not limit the remedies available for faulty or incorrect goods.
